GUIDELINES FOR VIDEO PRESENTATIONS

INTRODUCTION

The Congress Committee would like to thank you for agreeing to present at the upcoming 8^th Asia-Pacific Glaucoma Congress & SNEC 35^th Anniversary International Meeting at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. This guide has been prepared to assist you in delivering an effective presentation for the congress.

REGISTRATION

All film festival presenters must register and pay the applicable registration fee to attend the conference. There is no concessionary registration rate for presenters. Presenters who fail to pay the registration fees will face the risk of being removed from the program at the discretion of the Program Committee. The registration desk for the congress is located at the entrance of Hall 405 & 406, Level 4, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. The opening hours are as follows:

VIDEO VIEWING STATIONS

Your videos will be displayed at the video viewing stations during the congress at Hall 405, Level 4, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

VIDEO UPLOAD

All videos should be within 8 minutes in MP4 format. Please upload your video via this URL: https://for.sg/apgc-snec-video-submissions by Wednesday, 15 July 2026.

FINANCIAL INTERESTS

Any financial interests or disclosures must be clearly stated and included in the video. Video presentations must NOT be used for the promotion of commercial products or services.

COPYRIGHT

Please ensure you have permission to use any images, videos and music in the video. This includes a license for copyright materials and consent forms from patients or other third parties who are recognisable in photographs, images, videos and music.

The organisers shall not be held responsible for any issue relating to non-compliance with the above guidelines.
