As cataract surgeons adopt MIGS, this symposium asks whether routine Phaco+MIGS is ready for mainstream practice. Experts will review the rationale for combining cataract surgery with minimally invasive glaucoma intervention and introduce the implant-free ELIOS excimer laser platform. Sessions cover the evolution of excimer laser MIGS, published evidence and clinical experience with ELIOS, and its role in glaucoma care. Surgeons will discuss workflow, learning curve, selection, and integration into ophthalmology.
