Preparing Your E-Poster

All e-posters should be a visual presentation of your submitted abstract. Please prepare your e-poster in jpeg format (single-sided) using the APGC-SNEC E-Poster powerpoint (ppt) template provided.

  • Title and authors stated in the presentation slide must match the title and name of authors submitted in the abstract.
  • Format: Please prepare your e-poster presentation using the sample e-poster pptx file (1080 x 1920 PIXELS / 9:16 Aspect Ratio, PORTRAIT).
  • Design: Font size is specified in the sample e-poster ppt template. Choose Arial that can be read clearly at a distance. Put light-coloured fonts on dark backgrounds and dark fonts on light-coloured backgrounds so that viewers can see the text clearly. Overcrowding a poster slide makes it difficult to read. Help your readers by providing clear labels or heading for each section of your presentation.
  • References: Please include eight pertinent references at most.
  • Tables should be simple and easy to follow. All graphs and tables must be embedded in your file. The legend of a figure should should appear below the figure.
  • Do not insert or embed any videos in your presentation.
  • Ensure you have permission to use any images you include in the e-poster. This includes a license for copyright materials and consent forms from patients who are recognisable in photographs or images.

Submitting Your Presentation

All presenters must upload their e-poster via this URL: https://for.sg/apgc-snec-oral-eposters-submission by Wednesday, 15 July 2026.
