Clin Assoc Prof Ho is a Senior Consultant and the immediate past Head of Glaucoma Service in Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC), a position she held for almost a decade. During her tenure she helped developed one of the largest departments in SNEC with specialised comprehensive services for all types of glaucoma including childhood glaucoma, as well as the step-down Eye Clinic models of care for the management of stable glaucoma patients. She holds both a Paediatrics as well as an Ophthalmology specialist degrees. She was awarded the Wong Hock Boon Gold Medal for being the most outstanding candidate in the Master of Medicine (Paeds) Examinations.

She specialises in both adult and paediatric glaucoma. Besides a large clinical practice, she is actively involved in clinical teaching and research, as well as community service. She is a recipient of multiple local and international awards for her work in ophthalmology and blindness prevention.

She is also the Director of Strategic Development and Philanthropy, Ophthalmology Academic Clinical Program and chairs several charity and philanthropic committees in aid of VisionSave and other non-profit organizations.

Clin Assoc Prof Ho’s research interests include paediatric glaucoma, glaucoma therapeutics, surgery techniques and devices, lasers in glaucoma, angle closure glaucoma and anterior segment imaging.
