Kyung Rim Sung, MD, PhD

She is Professor of Deparment of Ophthalmology at the Asan Medical Center, University of Ulsan College of medicine. SShe graduated Seoul National University, medical school and completed fellowship at Asan Medical Center and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Her research interests include pathogenesis of angle-closure glaucoma, pseudoexfoliation, glaucoma imaging, and basic research related to gliosis and glaucoma.
She received several worldwide renowned awards including the AAO achievement award and published 169 peer reviewed articles in international journals.
