DR. M. NAZRUL ISLAM is the Professor & Chairman, Glaucoma Faculty at Bangladesh Eye Hospital & Institute in Dhaka. He is a former President of Bangladesh Glaucoma Society. Prof. Islam is President of Bangladesh Eye Care Society (BECS). He is a Board Member of Asia Pacific Glaucoma Society (APGS) and Imm Past President of Bangladesh Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons (BSCRS).
Dr. Nazrul is the Editor in Chief, Journal of Bangladesh Glaucoma Society (JBGS). He has 70 articles and editorial published in different peer reviewed Ophthalmic Journal. He is author & co- author of six books including ‘Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma’ from Springer Publications. Prof. Nazrul Islam received multiple Gold Medal and awards from home & abroad.
