Prin Rojanapongpun is a past chairman of the department of ophthalmology at Chulalongkorn University and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. He is the medical director of the Eye Care Center at MedPark hospital, a senior consultant at Bumrungrad International, and Sukumvit Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. He received his Medical Degree and Ophthalmology Residency from Chulalongkorn University. He completed a clinical fellowship in glaucoma at the University of British Columbia.
He is an executive board member and a past president of the Asia Pacific Glaucoma Society, council member of the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology, an advisory board member of the World Glaucoma Association, a regional advisory committee of American Academy of Ophthalmology. His current research focuses on VR system, diagnostic AI in glaucoma, drainage implants, and micro-devices.
