Dr. Raquel Joaquin- Quino is a glaucoma specialist from the Philippines. She took up her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas and continued with her Ophthalmology training and later on Glaucoma fellowship at the University of the Philippines- Philippine General Hospital. She earned her master’s in health professions education from the University of the Philippines Manila. Currently, she’s a Clinical Associate Professor in the University of the Philippines- College of Medicine, serves as service chief of the Glaucoma section in Asian Hospital and Medical Center ,appointed as treasurer of the Philippine Glaucoma Foundation and elected as Board Member of the Philippine Glaucoma Society.
