Dr Satish Panda is an Assistant Professor at the School of Mechanical Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar, India.
He received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from NUS, Singapore in 2019. Before NUS, he obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Mechanics (IIT Delhi, India-TU Darmstadt, Germany) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (NIT Durgapur, India).
Post Ph.D., he worked as a Research Fellow at Singapore Eye Research Institute, Singapore, for four years. In addition, he has four years of R&D experience in various automotive industries (Tata-Hitachi and Bajaj Auto Ltd).
His research interest is Artificial Intelligence, Medical Image Processing, Healthcare, Ophthalmology, and Biomechanics.
