Dr. Victor Ephraime Paulino is an ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist from the Philippines. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas, residency at the Makati Medical Center (MMC), and fellowship at the St. Lukes’ Medical Center, Manila. Aside from devoting his time to clinical practice, he is the current Vice Chair for Training and Residency Training Officer at MMC and passionate about clinical research, which includes his award-winning research on lutein supplementation and age-related macular degeneration prevention, and OCT-A in glaucoma.
